Being named to the UNITED LATINAS Top 50 Over 50 is more than recognition—it’s a reminder of what’s possible when we rise together. This honor reflects a collective legacy of Latina leaders who turn barriers into bridges, transform experience into wisdom, and lead with purpose.

I’m deeply grateful to the mentors, colleagues, clients, and friends who have walked with me. Our journeys prove that leadership doesn’t expire with age—it evolves. We keep building cultures of belonging, accountability, and impact in boardrooms, classrooms, and communities.
