I’m deeply honored to share that I’ve been nominated for the United Latinas “Top 50 Over 50” recognition—thank you, Lizette Ibarra, for the thoughtful nomination. This honor celebrates powerhouse Latinas whose legacy, leadership, and impact continue to inspire across generations.
My work has always been about belonging, accountability, and opening doors—first in corporate HR, and now as a coach, consultant, speaker, and author. This nomination is a reminder that when we lead with authenticity and purpose, we don’t just move business forward—we move people forward.
What’s next: A selection committee will review all nominations and announce honorees by mid-September. Honorees will be featured in the Trailblazing Latinas digital magazine and recognized during the United Latinas Hispanic Heritage Month Virtual Event on October 1, 2025.
